- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements and legal documents
- Assisting in RBI and NBFC compliance matters
- Conducting legal research related to FinTech regulations
- Supporting compliance and regulatory activities
- Coordinating with internal teams on legal matters
- Reviewing:
- NDAs
- Vendor agreements
- Policies
- Compliance documentation
- Providing risk and compliance support
Eligibility Criteria
- LL.B. / LL.M. graduates
- Candidates with 2–5 years of relevant experience preferred
- Prior exposure to:
- FinTech
- NBFC
- Banking sector
- Strong legal drafting and communication skills
- Candidates based in Kolkata will be preferred
