Legal Job Opportunity (Paralegal – Trademark Practice)
Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates with 2–6 years of relevant experience
- Experience in trademark prosecution and opposition matters
- Familiarity with procedures and practices of the Trademarks Office
- Strong understanding of the Trade Marks Rules, 2017
- Good written and verbal communication skills
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Handling work related to trademark prosecution and oppositions
- Assisting attorneys with trademark searches
- Preparing affidavits of use
- Managing applications, oppositions, and rectifications under applicable rules
- Independently corresponding with clients and providing updates
- Supporting the trademark team in day-to-day legal and procedural work
