Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates currently pursuing or recently completing an LL.B. degree or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with stamp duty and agreement execution procedures will be preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and document management tools.
- Ability to handle multiple assignments and deadlines effectively.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Draft, prepare, and format resident agreements using standard templates and specific requirements.
- Coordinate e-stamping and physical stamping of agreements while ensuring stamp duty compliance.
- Track agreement execution and follow up with residents and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain an organized repository of signed, pending, and unsigned agreements.
- Address documentation and agreement-related queries in coordination with the CX team.
- Monitor agreement renewals, amendments, and expirations.
- Ensure accuracy of agreement records and documentation trackers.
- Assist in audits, reporting, and document retrieval processes.
