Long-Term Legal Intern
Eligibility Criteria
Applications are invited from:
- Students in the 4th year of a 5-year integrated law programme, or
- Students in the 2nd year of a 3-year LL.B. programme
Preferred qualifications and skills:
- Strong legal research and analytical skills
- Ability to interpret legal provisions independently
- Prior internship experience in Corporate or Intellectual Property practice is preferred
- Publications or legal writing experience in relevant domains will be considered favourably
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
Interns will work on live matters across multiple practice areas, including:
- Mergers & Acquisitions
- Startup transactions
- Due diligence
- Drafting SHA, SSA, and related agreements
- Intellectual Property
- Trademark, copyright, and design filings
- Enforcement and contentious prosecution work
- Regulatory Practice
- SEBI-regulated structures
- VC/AIF formation
- Merchant Banking licensing matters
- Creator & Digital Media Advisory
- Legal diligence for digital content
- Intellectual property risk assessment
- Contracts & General Corporate Advisory
- Contract drafting
- Transactional support
- Corporate advisory work

- Possibility of conversion into a Trainee role upon successful completion
