Position: Legal Intern
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should possess:
- Strong legal research and legal interpretation skills.
- Excellent critical thinking and analytical abilities.
- Interest in financial regulations, fintech, and emerging business models.
- Ability to analyze and interpret complex regulatory frameworks and their practical implications.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
Selected interns will assist the Legal & Compliance Team in:
Regulatory Intelligence
- Tracking and summarizing regulatory updates issued by SEBI, RBI, IRDAI, and IFSCA.
- Reviewing SAT and SEBI adjudication orders to identify emerging regulatory trends.
Deep-Dive Legal Research
- Conducting research for new product features and business initiatives.
- Preparing comparative analysis and tracking legislative and regulatory developments.
Gap Analysis
- Assessing internal policies and compliance frameworks against evolving regulatory requirements.
- Identifying compliance gaps and recommending necessary updates.
Strategic Legal Support
- Assisting with regulatory mapping of product features.
- Supporting the drafting, review, and execution of key legal contracts and documentation.
