Eligibility Criteria
- Law Graduates (LL.B., B.Com. LL.B., or equivalent qualification) are preferred.
- Candidates with prior exposure to Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools and processes will be given preference.
- Applicants should possess basic knowledge of:
- Contract Law
- Legal Drafting
- Corporate Legal Processes
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Assist in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) activities.
- Upload, track, and facilitate digital execution of agreements.
- Maintain and update agreement trackers for compliance monitoring and timely follow-ups.
- Conduct legal research and prepare legal summaries, notes, and reports.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for execution and closure of agreements such as:
- Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)
- Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Support the legal team in documentation and administrative tasks.

Duration
- Internship tenure: 3 to 6 months
