- Paid Legal Internship
Eligibility Criteria
- Legal Intern: Preferably final-year law students.
- Candidates with strong research skills are preferred.
- Prior publications or writing experience in corporate or commercial law will be advantageous.
- Applicants who have pursued or prepared for judicial services examinations will be given added weightage.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
Selected candidates will work directly on ongoing corporate and commercial matters including:
- Mergers and Acquisitions
- AIF formation and structuring
- Legal due diligence
- General corporate advisory and contract drafting (including SHA, SSA)
- Intellectual property filings
- Other allied corporate law assignments
- Research support, transaction drafting, and corporate advisory assistance
