About the Organization Forefront Legal Consulting LLP is inviting applications from law students for a paid, in-office legal internship in Pune. Type / Nature of Opportunity Paid Legal Internship Eligibility Criteria 2nd or 3rd-year students of the 3-year LL.B. course. 3rd, 4th or 5th-year students of the 5-year BSL LL.B. course. Candidates should be able to commit to the internship for a minimum of two months. Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities The internship will provide exposure to research and compliance work relating to: Companies Act, 2013 Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008 Foreign Exchange Management Act and related regulations Securities laws and SEBI regulations Mode of Work In-office only.
