It is responsible for preventing practices having an appreciable adverse effect on competition, promoting and sustaining competition in markets, protecting consumer interests, and ensuring freedom of trade across India.

Eligibility Criteria
• Law students pursuing a 3-year LL.B. program and currently in the 2nd or 3rd year
• Law students pursuing a 5-year integrated LL.B. program and currently in the 4th or final year, including students who have completed the 3rd year and are entering the 4th year
• LLM students
• Applicants must be Indian nationals
• Applicants must be enrolled in recognized institutions or universities
• Students with confirmed placements are not eligible
