About the Organization
Advocate Kunal Sharma, Founder & CEO of Vidhishala and an Advocate practising before the Delhi and Rajasthan High Courts, has invited applications for an on-site legal internship for August 2026. The internship offers aspiring legal professionals practical courtroom exposure and an opportunity to contribute to the socio-legal initiatives of Vidhishala.

Legal Internship (On-Site | Unpaid)
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should be:
- Law students.
- Recent law graduates.
- Young advocates interested in litigation.
- Possess strong legal research and analytical skills.
- Be proficient in MS Word and online legal research platforms.
- Be able to work in a professional environment.
- Be available for a minimum on-site commitment of four weeks.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
Selected interns will be involved in:
- Legal research and case law analysis.
- Drafting pleadings, applications, replies, legal notices, written submissions, and legal opinions.
- Searching and analysing judgments using online legal research platforms.
- Assisting in case preparation and litigation strategy.
Interns will gain exposure to matters before:
- Rajasthan High Court.
- District & Sessions Courts.
- Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT).
- Consumer Forums.
- Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA).
- Commercial Court.
- Family Court.
- Revenue Courts.
Additionally, interns will have the opportunity to contribute to Vidhishala’s:
- Legal awareness programmes.
- Research projects.
- Legal publications.
- Public interest and socio-legal initiatives.
