About the Organisation
Judicious Consultants is a boutique law firm specialising in Indirect Taxation, Customs, and GST matters. The firm was founded by Dr. B.L. Garg, an Ex-Departmental Officer and former Joint Commissioner of Customs, with extensive experience in taxation and policy formulation. Dr. Garg has also been part of the core team involved in the preparation of three Union Budgets between 2006 and 2008. The firm regularly represents clients before the Customs, Excise and Service Tax Appellate Tribunal (CESTAT) and other quasi-judicial authorities.

- Working on live cases under professional supervision
- Observing CESTAT proceedings
- Drafting appeals, replies, and legal submissions
- Legal research on case laws, notifications, and circulars
