Position Details
- Post: Manager – Legal
- Experience Required: 6+ years of relevant legal experience
- Compensation: ₹20–21 Lakhs Per Annum
- Location: Bengaluru
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualified legal professional with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience
- Strong commercial acumen
- Demonstrated negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to independently handle responsibilities in a fast-paced business environment
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts
- Partnering closely with Sales teams and cross-functional stakeholders to enable business objectives
- Independently leading counterparty negotiations end-to-end and driving matters to closure
