Position: Lawyer (Associate Level)

Eligibility Criteria
- Law graduates with 2–4 years of Post Qualification Experience (PQE).
- Candidates must have significant exposure to Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) transactions.
- Applicants with less than 2 years of experience are not eligible for this role.
- Experience in public markets or listed company advisory work will be an added advantage.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
The selected candidates will be expected to:
- Assist in M&A transactions and corporate advisory matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documentation.
- Work on:
- Term Sheets
- Share Purchase Agreements (SPAs)
- Shareholders’ Agreements (SHAs)
- Ancillary closing documents
- Support transaction structuring, due diligence, and deal execution processes.
- Advise clients on corporate and commercial legal matters.
