Legal Internship Opportunity (Long-Term Assessment Internship Program)
Eligibility Criteria
Mandatory Requirements:
- Candidates who have completed or are in the final semester of a 5-Year Integrated Law Degree (BA LL.B., BBA LL.B., B.Com LL.B., or equivalent) from a reputed law school or university.
- Willingness to commit to a minimum internship period of 6 months.
- Strong interest in litigation, dispute resolution, and courtroom practice.
- Residence within a 5–10 km radius of the firm’s office at Dabri Mod, Janakpuri, New Delhi.
- Availability for full-time onsite work from Monday to Saturday.
Preferred Qualifications:
- LL.B. along with Company Secretary (CS) qualification (completed or pursuing).
- Prior litigation internship experience.
- Knowledge of CPC, BNSS/CrPC, Indian Evidence Act, and related procedural laws.
- Familiarity with SCC Online, Manupatra, LiveLaw, Indian Kanoon, and MS Office.
- Strong legal research, drafting, analytical, and communication skills.

- Preparation of Case Briefs
- Drafting Pleadings, Applications, Notices, and Replies
- Court Exposure and Assistance in Hearings

- Case Management and Documentation
- Litigation Strategy Discussions
- Consumer and Commercial Dispute Matters

Full-Time Onsite Internship

Duration
- Minimum 6 Months (Assessment Period)
Working Hours
- Monday to Saturday
- 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- Timings may extend depending on court listings, hearings, or urgent filings.
