Legal Job Opportunity – Litigation Specialist / Associate Manager (Labour & Employment Law)
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should:
- Hold an LL.B. degree from a recognized university.
- Have 1–2 years of experience in labour & employment law, employment advisory, or litigation. (The role is also described as suitable for candidates with 2–4 years of relevant experience.)
- Exposure to labour law compliance, employment disputes, or industrial relations will be an added advantage.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will:
- Provide legal support on labour and employment law matters.
- Conduct legal research on Central and State labour laws, regulations, notifications, and the new Labour Codes.
- Review and draft employment-related policies, agreements, and legal documentation.
- Monitor compliance with applicable labour and employment laws.
- Support employee transition matters arising from business restructuring and reorganizations.
- Assist in handling employment-related disputes, litigation, and legal proceedings.
- Coordinate with external counsels and manage litigation documentation and case tracking.
- Advise internal stakeholders on employment-related legal issues.
- Prepare legal notes, compliance updates, presentations, and training materials.
- Perform other legal and compliance-related responsibilities as assigned.
