Eligibility Criteria
- Practicing Advocates enrolled with the Bar Council of West Bengal.
- 2–3 years of litigation experience in a law firm.
- Experience gained exclusively in a corporate legal office will not be considered.
- Applicants should have at least 2 years of experience in:
- Civil Litigation
- Arbitration
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
The selected candidates will be responsible for:
- Conducting legal research.
- Drafting pleadings, applications, legal opinions, and other legal documents.
- Assisting in litigation and arbitration matters.
- Representing and coordinating matters before courts and tribunals.
- Communicating effectively with clients, counsels, and other stakeholders.
