About the Opportunity
Applications are invited for a Litigation Internship for the month of August 2026 at the Chambers of Advocate Samarth Luthra. The internship offers practical exposure to proceedings before the Delhi High Court, Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT), National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT), and Criminal Courts across Delhi.

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must be:
- Law students in at least the 3rd year of a Five-Year LL.B. Programme; or
- Law students in at least the 2nd year of a Three-Year LL.B. Programme.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
Interns will gain exposure to litigation matters before:
- Delhi High Court
- Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT)
- National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT)
- Criminal Courts across Delhi
