Eligibility Criteria
- Law students pursuing their 3rd year onwards.
- Fresh law graduates.
- Candidates with strong drafting and legal research skills.
- Applicants must be able to work from the firm’s Gurugram office and join immediately.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
The intern will be involved in:
- Drafting complaints, written submissions, replies and legal notices.
- Handling matters before RERA (HARERA), District Courts, Registrar of Societies and other tribunals/forums.
- Research and work relating to real estate matters.
- Assisting with RWA/society disputes and civil litigation.
- Attending court and tribunal proceedings.
- Conducting case-related legal research.
