Eligibility Criteria
The chamber is inviting applications from:
- Advocates with 2–3 years of litigation experience, preferably with exposure to NCLT and High Court matters.
- Advocates with 0–1 year of work experience who are interested in litigation practice.
- Candidates with a combination of corporate and litigation experience are also encouraged to apply.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Drafting legal pleadings and documents.
- Handling filings before NCLT and High Courts.
- Briefing senior counsels in ongoing matters.
- Appearing in cases independently where required.
Mode of Work
Offline (Litigation practice involving appearances before NCLT and High Courts).
