Position: Associate – Disputes Practice
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should:
- Have 2–3.5 years of experience in corporate and commercial litigation.
- Possess experience appearing before:
- High Courts
- Trial Courts
- Tribunals
- Have experience in handling or assisting with arbitration matters.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be involved in:
- Corporate and commercial litigation matters.
- Representation before courts and tribunals.
- Arbitration proceedings and related dispute resolution work.
- Legal research, drafting, pleadings, and case management.
- Assisting clients in complex commercial disputes.
