Position: Litigation Associate

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should possess:
- LL.B. degree (3-year or 5-year course) from a reputed university
- Strong academic record
- 3–5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in civil and commercial litigation
- Prior litigation experience across Delhi NCR courts and forums preferred
- Strong drafting, legal research, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced litigation environment
- Willingness to actively participate in court appearances, filings, and procedural work

- Appear before courts, tribunals, and other judicial and quasi-judicial forums across Delhi NCR

- Notices
- Agreements
- Legal opinions
- Assist in litigation strategy and dispute resolution matters
- Support arbitration proceedings and commercial advisory assignments
- Conduct legal research and case preparation
- Coordinate with clients and manage professional communications
- Assist in handling civil and criminal litigation matters
