Litigation Associate
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should possess:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B.) or equivalent qualification.
- Membership/Enrollment with the Bar Council.
- Strong understanding of legal principles and applicable legal frameworks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Managing litigation matters and legal cases.
- Drafting, reviewing, and filing legal motions and pleadings.
- Conducting comprehensive legal research.
- Assisting with depositions and preparing deposition summaries.
- Representing clients before courts and legal forums.
- Collaborating with senior attorneys on litigation strategy and case management.
- Maintaining legal documentation and ensuring compliance with procedural requirements and deadlines.
