Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates with at least 2 years of litigation experience
- Prior appearance and practice before the Delhi High Court and Supreme Court of India
- Strong skills in legal drafting and court procedures
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Extensive legal drafting including pleadings and submissions
- Court appearances before the Delhi High Court and Supreme Court
- Assisting in litigation strategy and case preparation
