Experience: 2–4 years PQE
Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates with 2–4 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) are eligible to apply.
- Candidates should have experience in insolvency and debt recovery litigation.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Drafting petitions, replies, written submissions and interlocutory applications under Sections 7, 9, 14, 43, 45, 66 and 95 of the IBC.
- Preparing appellate pleadings.
- Appearing and arguing before the:
- National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT)
- National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT)
- Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT)
- High Courts
- Representing Financial Creditors, Operational Creditors, Resolution Professionals and…
