Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should:
- Be currently pursuing or have recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Law, Media Studies, Communications, Business, or a related discipline (or possess equivalent practical experience).
- Have strong research and documentation skills.
- Possess a basic understanding of copyright law, intellectual property, and online content policies.
- Be familiar with LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Be able to work on-site in Gurugram.
- Exhibit high ethical standards, discretion, and a keen interest in digital rights and content protection.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
The selected intern will be responsible for:
- Monitoring, identifying, and reporting copyright and intellectual property issues on LinkedIn.
- Reviewing posts, profiles, and digital content for potential misuse of Ostello’s brand assets and course materials.
- Documenting copyright infringements and maintaining accurate records.
- Assisting in drafting takedown notices and compliance requests.
- Conducting research on copyright law and digital content protection best practices.
- Preparing reports and summaries related to copyright enforcement activities.
- Collaborating with the marketing, content, and legal teams to ensure compliance with platform policies and brand guidelines.
- Contributing to process improvements for content protection initiatives.
