Corporate & Secretarial Compliance
- Managing corporate and secretarial compliances under the Companies Act, 2013
- Conducting Board Meetings and General Meetings
- Preparing notices, agendas, board resolutions, and minutes
- Maintaining statutory registers and ROC filings within prescribed timelines
Regulatory & FEMA Compliance
- Handling FEMA, RBI, FC-GPR, FC-TRS, and related regulatory compliances
- Coordinating with banks, auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities
- Managing statutory approvals and filings
