Position: Legal Operational Support
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Law or another relevant field.
- Have administrative experience in a legal, compliance, or similar department.
- Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel.
- Be capable of working independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Be able to maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive legal information.
- Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will:
- Support the Global Litigation & Investigations Team and the Global Legal Order Processing Centre of Excellence.
- Process third-party legal orders, including law enforcement requests, Debt Recovery Tribunal requests, customs notices, and tax notices.
- Set up and manage cases in the legal case management system.
- Assess the validity of legal orders in accordance with company procedures.
- Draft correspondence related to legal orders.
- Evaluate legal requests and identify responsive customer data and documents.
- Retrieve, compile, and provide legal documents from internal systems while ensuring compliance with privacy laws.
- Coordinate with Legal Analysts and stakeholders to resolve queries and escalations.
- Maintain high-quality standards in processing legal orders.
- Assist with litigation support, special legal projects, and subpoena-related logistics.
