Eligibility Criteria
- LLB from a recognized university.
- B.Com + LLB qualification is preferred.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in litigation and/or in-house legal roles.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Legal drafting
- Contract law
- Litigation
- Compliance
- Exposure to RERA, NCLT/IBC, DRT, arbitration, and real estate matters is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, analytical, and drafting skills.
- Ability to work independently and provide practical, business-oriented legal solutions.
