Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must:
- Hold an LL.B. degree from a recognized university.
- Have a minimum of 4 years of experience as an in-house legal professional.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the real estate industry.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Drafting, reviewing, and vetting legal documents, agreements, contracts, notices, and legal correspondence.
- Handling civil and criminal legal matters in coordination with external advocates.
- Preparing settlement agreements and assisting in dispute resolution.
- Conducting legal due diligence and verification of property-related documents.
- Ensuring compliance with applicable real estate laws and statutory regulations.
- Liaising with government authorities and maintaining legal records.
Required Skills
Candidates should possess:
- Strong legal drafting and documentation skills.
- Experience in agreement drafting, settlements, and litigation support.
- Sound knowledge of real estate laws, property documentation, and criminal legal procedures.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

Salary
- Annual CTC: ₹3,00,000 – ₹7,00,000
