Valeron Ridge is inviting applications for a Legal Intern position to support an active Slum Rehabilitation Authority (SRA) redevelopment project in Mumbai. This internship offers practical exposure to redevelopment projects, society documentation, government liaisoning, and real estate legal processes.

Position: Legal Intern
Eligibility Criteria
- Law students or recent law graduates.
- Interest in real estate law, redevelopment projects, SRA matters, society documentation, or related legal work.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and/or Google Sheets.
- Availability for a full-time, on-site internship.
- Comfortable undertaking fieldwork and documentation-related assignments.
- Good communication skills; proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi will be preferred.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Assist with society committee and member-wise documentation.
- Support the preparation and filing of Development Agreements (DA), Power of Attorney (POA), Common Consent, and Individual Consent documents.
- Maintain society records, documentation checklists, and meeting notes.
- Coordinate with legal professionals, architects, society representatives, and project office personnel.
- Prepare and update trackers relating to succession matters, eligibility issues, and pending documentation.
- Assist in follow-ups with government departments and other project stakeholders.
- Support legal coordination and documentation management throughout the redevelopment process.

Stipend / Perks
Stipend: ₹25,000 per month
