Internship Opportunity – Legal Intern
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should:
- Be passionate about pursuing a career in taxation and business laws.
- Have proficiency in English.

Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Assist in compliance with direct tax, indirect tax, corporate, and commercial laws, including registrations and filing of statutory returns.
- Support drafting and litigation work relating to taxation and commercial laws.
- Assist in business, financial, investment, auditing, and management consultancy assignments.
- Conduct legal research and case law analysis.
- Draft and review legal documents, including contracts and agreements.
- Assist in preparing case files, evidence, and documentation for court hearings.
- Communicate with clients and legal professionals to obtain case-related information.
- Stay updated on recent legal developments and contribute to the firm’s knowledge base.
