Legal Internship Opportunity
Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Law degree (LL.B., B.A. LL.B., or equivalent).
- Strong legal research, analytical, and drafting skills.
- Ability to work independently with attention to detail.
- Understanding of corporate law, intellectual property law, and contract law will be an advantage.
- Interest in the EdTech sector and startup environment.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
Selected interns will be involved in:
- Drafting, reviewing, and analyzing contracts, agreements, and Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).
- Conducting legal research and assisting with regulatory and compliance matters.
- Supporting intellectual property matters, including copyrights and trademarks.
- Assisting the legal team with documentation and day-to-day legal operations.
- Collaborating with various business teams to address legal and compliance-related queries.
