Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must:
- Be law students currently enrolled in:
- V-I, V-II, or V-III of a 5-year integrated law programme; or
- III-I or III-II of a 3-year law programme.
- Possess strong legal research and drafting skills.
- Be proficient in MS Office.
- Have familiarity with legal research tools and databases.
- Be capable of working independently and meeting deadlines.
- Demonstrate attention to detail, effective communication skills, and a commitment to quality work.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
Selected interns will be involved in:
- Conducting comprehensive legal research.
- Drafting pleadings, applications, briefs, case notes, and legal summaries.
- Assisting in the preparation and review of case files.
- Providing logistical and procedural support before courts and tribunals in Mumbai.
- Assisting with analytical and litigation strategy-related assignments.
