Internship Opportunity – Legal Intern
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should:
- Be currently pursuing or have completed an LL.B. or equivalent law degree from a recognized institution.
- Have a strong interest in litigation and legal advisory work.
- Possess foundational knowledge of law and legal issue analysis.
- Demonstrate strong legal research, critical thinking, and attention to detail.
- Have proficiency in MS Office and basic legal research tools.
- Familiarity with Indian legal procedures will be an added advantage.
- Be willing to work under supervision in a fast-paced law firm environment.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
The selected intern will be responsible for:
- Assisting with legal research.
- Drafting, reviewing, and organizing legal documents.
- Preparing case files under the guidance of senior attorneys.
- Assisting in matters relating to banking and finance law, civil litigation, criminal litigation, and arbitration.
- Organizing legal documentation and maintaining records.
- Attending client meetings and court proceedings, where appropriate.
- Supporting the firm’s day-to-day legal and advisory work.
