Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should:
- Be law students with exceptional legal research and interpretation skills.
- Possess strong critical thinking and analytical abilities.
- Have an interest in fintech, capital markets, and regulatory law.
- Be available for a full-time internship during August and September.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
Selected interns will be responsible for:
- Tracking and summarising regulatory updates issued by SEBI, RBI, IRDAI, and IFSCA.
- Reviewing SAT and SEBI adjudication orders to identify emerging regulatory trends.
- Conducting in-depth legal research for new product features.
- Preparing comparative analyses to monitor legislative and regulatory developments.
- Performing gap analyses of internal policies against evolving regulations.
- Assisting in regulatory mapping for new product offerings.
- Supporting the drafting and execution of key legal contracts.

Learning Outcome & Mentorship
Interns will:
- Work closely with the Legal & Compliance team on live business and regulatory matters.
- Gain exposure to legal strategy in the fintech and capital markets sector.
- Learn to integrate commercial and business considerations into legal drafting.
- Develop both legal expertise and business acumen under direct mentorship from experienced professionals.
