Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should:
- Be currently pursuing or have recently completed an LL.B. or equivalent law degree from a recognized institution.
- Possess foundational knowledge of law and the ability to identify and analyze legal issues.
- Have strong legal research, analytical, and drafting skills.
- Be proficient in preparing legal documents, including pleadings, notices, and basic contracts.
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Be comfortable using legal research databases and basic office software.
- Have strong attention to detail, a professional work ethic, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced litigation environment.
- Have a keen interest in criminal, civil, family, and constitutional litigation.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and case law analysis.
- Assist in preparing case briefs and legal summaries.
- Draft and review legal documents.
- Organize and maintain case files.
- Prepare materials for court hearings and client meetings.
- Observe court proceedings, client conferences, and internal strategy discussions.
- Assist attorneys in litigation-related work and case strategy discussions.
