Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must:
- Be law students in the 3rd, 4th, or 5th year of a 5-year LL.B. programme, or the final year of a 3-year LL.B. programme.
- Possess strong legal research and drafting skills.
- Prior internship experience in similar practice areas will be an added advantage.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
Selected interns will gain practical exposure to:
- Corporate and Commercial Litigation
- Arbitration Matters
- Insolvency Matters
- Proceedings before the NCLT
- Proceedings before the NCLAT
- Matters before the Delhi High Court
- Corporate Advisory Work
- Legal Research and Drafting
