Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should:
- Be currently pursuing or have recently completed an LL.B. or equivalent law degree.
- Have a strong academic record.
- Possess a sound understanding of legal principles, particularly in corporate and regulatory law.
- Demonstrate an interest or prior exposure to legal consulting, corporate governance, compliance, and advisory work.
- Have strong analytical, research, drafting, and communication skills.
- Be detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple assignments simultaneously.
- Be comfortable working full-time from the Bengaluru office.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
The selected Legal Intern will be responsible for:
- Conducting legal research on corporate and regulatory matters.
- Assisting in drafting, reviewing, and preparing legal documents, contracts, opinions, and compliance-related documents.
- Maintaining organized case files and compliance records.
- Supporting the firm’s legal and corporate advisory assignments.
- Collaborating with consultants and senior legal professionals on client matters.
- Participating in client-related discussions where appropriate.
- Contributing to the firm’s internal legal knowledge resources.
