Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
Selected interns will be involved in:
- Conducting legal research on corporate, startup, and technology laws, including the Companies Act, Contract Law, Information Technology Act, and E-commerce regulations.
- Drafting, reviewing, and proofreading legal documents such as NDAs, vendor agreements, service agreements, and partnership contracts.
- Assisting with Intellectual Property matters, including trademark searches, trademark filings, and maintaining IP records.
- Preparing and reviewing website and platform policies, including Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy.
- Maintaining legal documentation, compliance records, and statutory filings.
- Supporting applications for business licenses, registrations, and regulatory approvals.
- Assisting in preparing documentation for startup programmes, accelerators, and investor/venture capital applications.
- Monitoring developments in corporate law, intellectual property law, and startup regulatory frameworks.
- Preparing legal notes, compliance checklists, and research briefs.
- Coordinating with internal teams on day-to-day legal and compliance matters.
