Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should:
- Be pursuing an LL.B. degree in the final year or be a fresher.
- Have strong fundamentals in contract law.
- Possess an interest in AI law and data privacy, including the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This will be an added advantage.
- Demonstrate strong legal drafting skills.
- Be able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
Selected interns will be involved in:
- Drafting and reviewing Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), and Data Processing Agreements (DPAs).
- Assisting with AI and data-related contracts, including licensing, intellectual property, and technology integration agreements.
- Preparing and reviewing healthcare compliance documentation relating to patient data and clinical agreements.
- Supporting contract lifecycle management.
- Working on legal matters involving healthcare, artificial intelligence, and corporate law.
