Legal Internship Opportunity
Role: Legal Intern — Regulatory Tagging and Compliance Research
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should:
- Be currently enrolled in an LL.B. or LL.M. programme at a recognised law school
- Preferably be in the penultimate or final year
- Possess strong legal research, analytical, and close-reading skills
- Have interest in technology regulation, compliance, or digital governance
Preferred qualifications include:
- Prior exposure to technology law, data protection, corporate law, or regulatory practice
- Familiarity with Indian regulatory frameworks and delegated legislation
- Experience in primary source legal research and structured legal analysis
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Reading and analysing Acts, Rules, Notifications, Circulars, and Guidance Notes
- Regulatory tagging and compliance mapping across business categories
- Monitoring legal and regulatory developments
- Supporting comparative regulatory research and client-facing analytical work
- Working on sectors such as:
- FMCG
- FinTech & Financial Services
- Manufacturing
- Real Estate
- Chemicals
- Agro-Processing
- Automobile OEMs
