Eligibility Criteria
- Law students enrolled in a recognized law program
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Conducting legal research on corporate law, contracts, and compliance matters
- Assisting in drafting, reviewing, and analyzing agreements including NDAs, service agreements, and vendor contracts
- Supporting preparation of legal opinions, reports, and regulatory filings
- Monitoring legal and regulatory developments relevant to the sustainability and carbon markets sector
- Assisting in dispute resolution support, litigation research, and policy drafting
- Maintaining and organizing legal documents, case files, and records
- Handling ad hoc legal tasks as assigned by the legal team
