Internship Opportunity – Legal Intern
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should:
- Be currently pursuing or have recently completed an LL.B. or equivalent law degree from a recognized institution.
- Possess a strong understanding of legal issues relating to corporate and professional services.
- Have strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines.
- Demonstrate effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Be comfortable working in an on-site environment in Chennai.
- Be familiar with MS Office and basic legal research databases.
- Prior internship experience with a law firm or corporate legal department will be an added advantage.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
The selected Legal Intern will be responsible for:
- Conducting legal research.
- Drafting, reviewing, and formatting legal documents and contracts.
- Assisting in legal consulting and advisory work.
- Supporting the preparation of contracts, legal opinions, and compliance-related documents.
- Organizing case files and maintaining legal records.
- Coordinating with internal teams and external professionals on legal matters.
- Monitoring legal and regulatory developments and preparing research summaries.
- Assisting with client communications under the supervision of senior legal professionals.
- Gaining practical exposure to corporate and professional services law.
