Internship Opportunity (Corporate Legal / Compliance)
Eligibility Criteria
- Law students in 4th or 5th year of LL.B. or fresh LL.M. graduates
- Basic understanding of corporate law, contract drafting, and compliance
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Interest in ESG or cleantech sector is an added advantage
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Assisting in drafting and reviewing legal agreements including NDAs and vendor contracts
- Supporting compliance with environmental laws, statutory filings, and Companies Act, 2013 requirements
- Conducting legal research on cleantech policies, intellectual property, and labor laws
- Coordinating with external legal counsel and tracking legal timelines
- Assisting in corporate legal operations and documentation
