Blue Planet Environmental Solutions is inviting applications for a Legal Internship with its in-house Legal Team. The internship offers practical exposure to corporate legal work, commercial transactions, and compliance matters while providing interns with an opportunity to work alongside experienced in-house legal professionals.

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must:
- Be a fifth-year student pursuing a 5-year integrated LL.B. programme.
- Have completed at least two to three prior internships in corporate law, commercial contracts, M&A, private equity, or banking and finance.
- Possess strong legal drafting, research, and analytical skills.
Preference will be given to:
- Final-year law students who have completed or appeared for their examinations and are exploring pre-employment opportunities in the corporate sector.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and vet commercial contracts.
- Assist with mergers and acquisitions (M&A), private equity, and corporate transactions.
- Work on banking and finance documentation.
- Support the legal team in corporate legal advisory and compliance matters.

Stipend / Perks
- Stipend: As per industry norms.
- High-performing interns may be considered for absorption into the company’s Legal Team, subject to business requirements and the availability of a suitable role.
