Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should:
- Be currently enrolled in an LL.B. or equivalent law degree from a recognized institution.
- Possess a strong understanding of core legal principles and procedures.
- Have excellent legal research, analytical, and communication skills.
- Be capable of identifying and articulating legal issues arising from facts, documents, and case law.
- Demonstrate attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines.
- Have a genuine interest in one or more of the firm’s practice areas, including litigation, arbitration, taxation, banking, insolvency, real estate, intellectual property, or white-collar crime.
- Exhibit professionalism, integrity, respect for confidentiality, and a willingness to learn.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
Selected interns will:
- Conduct legal research and case law analysis.
- Prepare legal notes, briefs, and research memoranda.
- Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents.
- Support senior lawyers in advisory and litigation matters.
- Organize case files, evidence, and legal documentation.
- Participate in client meetings and internal discussions where appropriate.
- Observe court and tribunal proceedings.
- Contribute to legal knowledge management by tracking recent legal developments.
