Eligibility Criteria
- Penultimate or final year law students
- Strong interest in Corporate Law
- Excellent research, drafting, and analytical skills
- Candidates based in or willing to relocate to Hyderabad
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Corporate transactions, structuring, and documentation
- Legal due diligence and compliance advisory
- Drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, term sheets, and board resolutions
- Litigation research and drafting for District Courts and High Courts
- Regulatory research (SEBI, Companies Act, and allied laws)
- Startup advisory and IP-related work
- Assisting with client requests, registrations, and legal opinions
- Participation in client meetings and firm events
- Organizing and maintaining case files, trackers, and research notes

- Offline (Hyderabad Office)
