Eligibility Criteria
- Law students with an interest in banking, debt recovery and financial laws may apply.
- Candidates should have an interest in legal research, drafting and recovery-related proceedings.

Key Responsibilities / Areas of Work
Selected interns will be involved in:
- Vetting and reviewing legal, loan, security and property documents.
- Drafting Demand Notices, Loan Recall Notices, Default Notices and other recovery-related legal notices.
- Assisting with Section 13(2) SARFAESI Demand Notices and Section 13(3A) replies/representations.
- Assisting with Possession Notices and other SARFAESI-related documentation.
- Supporting Lok Adalat matters, including case preparation, documentation and settlement-related work.…
