Legal Job Opportunity – Legal Executive (Full-Time)
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should:
- Hold an LL.B. degree from a recognized university (mandatory).
- Have 1–2 years of relevant internship or work experience in the legal field.
- Possess a strong understanding of contract law, corporate law, and regulatory frameworks.
- Be proficient in legal drafting, document review, and compliance procedures.
- Have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and professional integrity.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
- Familiarity with the MCA Portal and legal databases such as SCC and Manupatra is desirable.
- A qualification as a Company Secretary (CS) will be considered an added advantage.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Drafting, vetting, and reviewing commercial contracts, content licensing agreements, NDAs, vendor agreements, and service-level agreements.
- Assisting with litigation, arbitration, and regulatory documentation.
- Responding to legal notices, regulatory queries, and statutory correspondence.
- Conducting legal research on media laws, intellectual property rights, labour laws, and regulatory compliance.
- Maintaining contract records, litigation trackers, and legal documentation.
- Coordinating with external legal counsel, regulatory authorities, and internal stakeholders.
- Assisting in drafting and reviewing internal policies, including Code of Conduct, POSH Policy, Employment Policies, and SOPs.
- Supporting legal due diligence for investments, mergers, acquisitions, and business structuring.
- Assisting with compliance documentation under applicable corporate and media laws.
