Position: Legal Executive
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B.).
- LL.M. will be preferred.
- 1–4 years of experience in contract drafting and review.
- Experience handling:
- SaaS Agreements
- Service Agreements
- Commercial Contracts
- Strong understanding of contract law and commercial terms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working in night shifts aligned with US time zones.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate:
- SaaS Agreements
- Master Service Agreements (MSAs)
- Statements of Work (SOWs)
- Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)
- Commercial Contracts
- Ensure contractual compliance with applicable laws, internal policies, and business requirements.
- Identify legal risks and provide practical mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with sales, finance, operations, and other internal teams.
- Maintain contract repositories and ensure proper documentation and version control.
- Address client and vendor contract-related queries.
- Conduct legal research and support compliance-related activities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with IT, consulting, or SaaS-based organizations.
- Exposure to international contracts, particularly involving US or global clients.
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
